Food and Beverage Services is a specialized subject in senior high school, a technical-vocational program that trains students on table reservations, preparation of dining for service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, promoting food and beverages, and handling customer complaints. The aim is to gain a broad base of experience in food and beverage operation management, develop skills, stay current with new technological advances, and develop communication skills.
