Yes, you are born to be a leader. You have desirable skills to offer and you have the ability to make a positive difference in the world. Though there had been a lot of challenges of this complex life, you can still unleash the sleeping leader in you. This book “The Leader in You” is written to inspire people of all ages, especially the youth, to discover their full potentials of becoming a leader. I believe that there lies a great leader in each of us, and that it just takes a great amount of courage, passion and determination to bring that out. “The Leader in You” is divided into three chapters – The Making of a Leader, Working as a Leader, and Unleashing the Leader in You. All three chapters are essential in bringing out readers’ best qualities as leader of their own. The first chapter focuses on various definitions of a leader, the values that a great leader should possess, the challenges of leadership, leadership styles, and some tips on leadership. Meanwhile, the second chapter focuses some of the speeches I delivered in various speaking engagements as the municipal vice mayor of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan and a simple narrative of my humble accomplishments. Not to forget, the last chapter focuses into unleashing the leader in every reader through a leadership prayer and some testimonies from people inspired by my leadership.
